Mission

The mission statement shared by the GALE Foundation and the GALE Association is:

We promote the full inclusion of people who are disadvantaged because of their sexual orientation, sexual identity and their expression by identifying, enhancing and sharing educational expertise.

Goals

  1. The GALE Foundation supports the GALE Association
  2. The GALE Foundation monitors the implementation of the right to education worldwide and stimulates local partners to act strategically to improve it
  3. The GALE Foundation provides capacity building for organizations and authorities who subscribe to GALE's mission

  • The GALE Foundation continually maps the right to education through a political checklist and publishes the results regularly
