They were forced by a backlash from right-wingers who objected to references to caste-patriarchy, recommendations around gender-neutral restrooms, and mention of puberty blockers.

Rainbow School asks Greek government for inclusive sex education

>> 2 December 2021 - The Greek organization Rainbow School is filing a petition to the Greek government to demand the introduction of sex education as a compulsory part of the curriculum. Rainbow School believes that urgent action is required to help LGBTIQ+ individuals overcome the hatred they face and that true inclusive sex education can contribute effectively towards this direction.

Global atitudes towards LGBTIQ tend to polarize and deteriorate

>> 11 November 2021 - An updated report on the LGBTI Global Acceptance Index shows that attitudes worldwide tend to polarize for and against LGBTI rights. Although the number of countries becoming more supportive is still rising, the hateful countries are getting more hateful and the populations of more supportive countries tends to become less supportive.

Teens are not being so-called infected with doubts about being transgender

>> 17 November 2021 - A new research shows that “rapid onset gender dysphoria” does not exist and is probably based on research that is only based on opinions of prejudiced parents. The parents call this “a social contagion” in schools. They proclaim that the suddenness of teens coming out to be non-binary or transgender is “proof” that it is a fashion and a perverse attempt of the LGBTIQ movement to confuse children. Positive media depictions reduce depression among LGBTQ people

>> 25 October 2021 - Recent psychological research by the Georgia Southern University suggests that positive media representations showing people being supportive of gay individuals can help reduce anxiety and depression among LGBTQ people around coming out and living openly. However, which depictions help most and especially if coming-out support people of color as much as white people needs to be research further.
