I was Empowerment's "Communication Officer" in 2007 and have been involved in ELS as of March 06. My regular work is as a Conference Manager at Brooklyn Bridge/TBLI Conferences, the organizer of the world's largest brainpower networking conferences on Sustainable Investment. Being a GALE member Peter will at times ask me to be one of your GALE website moderators.

Currently finishing a degree in Japanese (drs) at Leyden University, scheduled to graduate on a comparative study concerning benchmarks and current practice of pre- and extra-university East-Asian language education in Japanese (Chinese and Korean) in Europe in 2008.
Presently involved in a project for the establishment of a European Japanese Studies Database at the Centre for Japanese Studies, Leyden University, in cooperation with the European League for Non-Western Studies and JEC Fund, &Ōsaka, Japan (&日&本&万&国&博&覧&会&記&念&基&金&事&業), and a similar project for the establishment of a European Korean Studies Database at the Centre for Korean Studies, Leyden University, in cooperation with the European League for Non-Western Studies, Leyden University, NL and Korea Foundation (&한&국&국&제&교&류&재&단), Seoul, Korea, both as of Sept 2005.
