WSG shadow report
The WSG is pleased to announce the submission of an NGO Shadow Report to the Committee on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, (CEDAW)focussing on the Status of Lesbians, Bisexual Women and Transgendered Persons in Sri Lanka.
It is noteworthy that this is the first time that a shadow report has been submitted which is focussed on these issues, from Sri Lanka. The said shadow report was prepared by the Women's Support Group.
