3. Protection against bullying?  x   Varies widely based on geography and school administration.
4. No drop-out?  x   no comments
5. Equal performance?  x   no comments
6. Is there public information?  x   Again, really depends. Does legal same sex marriage matter more than not having anti-bullying policies? Hard to say.
7. Attention in school resources? x    In my experience, most schools have very limited or no information on safe sex and gender diversity from students if the students themselves.
8. Resources for LGBT students?  x   Very limited.
9. Support services open to LGBT?   x  There are supports that students can access, but none specific to and few trained in responding to the needs of queer kids.
10. Peer-learning opportunities?  x   Depends on the place, but courts have upheld rights to access.
11. Is staff supportive?  x   Many stories of incredibly support and incredible discrimination.
12. Is staff competent to teach?  x   Teachers receive no such training; ad hoc.
13. Is staff competent to support?  x   Little to no support offered by government agencies. Some civil society groups do outreach, but their resources and thus reach are limited.
14. Supportive school environment?  x   Some are great, some are awful.
15. Employment protection for staff?    x no comments

The score is 0% forbidden (denying), 80% discouraged or no policy (ambiguous), 20% encouraged or supportive (supportive). We score this country therefore as ambiguous.
