6. Is there public information?x     Burundi, for the first time in its history introduced the criminalization of sexual practices of people of the same sex legislation in its April 22, 2009: section 567 of the new Penal Code.

8. Resources for LGBT students?x     The provision 567 of the Penal Code of Burundi in April 2009 criminalizing same sex practice was a remarkable regression which thus prevents the development of DESPOGI either in the same company or at school

10. Peer-learning opportunities?     xThere is no data on this but what I know is that the provision 567 of the Criminal Code can be used by authorities to prevent promotion of homosexuality.
